Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in its original condition — unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need to provide your receipt or proof of purchase.

Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is defective, damaged, or you received the wrong item, contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Non-Returnable Items

Exchanges

EU Customers: 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is being shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, no questions asked. Items must be returned in their original condition, unused, with tags and packaging intact. Proof of purchase is required.
Refunds
We’ll notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to post the refund.
